All classes will have photos taken Monday, April 7th through Saturday, April 12th. Please refer to your Recital Packet, sent home last month, for your dancer's specific day/time or the email sent last week linked HERE.

TICKET ORDERS

RECITAL TICKETS 2025

All tickets will be sold ONLINE only, beginning Monday, April 21st.

We have partnered with TutuTix, a leading ticketing platform in the dance industry, for a smooth ordering process. Please carefully read through the information below and let us know if you have questions. 

• Tickets are $18.00 plus convenience fees
• General ticket ordering will begin April 21st
• Small children/infants sitting in parents laps do not require a ticket
• Maximum of 6 tickets per family (not dancer) per show may be purchased beginning April 21st. Any additional tickets purchased will be automatically canceled.
• Additional tickets will likely be available at a later date. An update will be sent in May..
• WDC holds 7 Recitals, including 3 separate recitals on Sat. May 31st . Be sure to purchase tickets for the correct show date/time for your dancer(s). See the full recital schedule HERE - let us know if you have any questions.
• Handicap seating is available in specified areas. Please ONLY purchase these seats if needed for a family member in a wheelchair or limited mobility.
• Tickets purchased may be sent directly to your guests/other family members. Look for more information in your order confirmation.

REMINDER FOR ALL TOTS CLASSES

Tots Showcase performances will take place on Sunday, May 18th at the WDC West location

(650 Commerce, Suite 100 - next to Posh Pooch)

• No Tickets are needed for this performance!
• 6 family members/friends may attend the show
• Showcase/Recital T-shirts are available to order for all of our Tots dancers - orders can be placed online or at the studio by April 9th. Samples are available for sizing at front desk area. Tots Showcase/Recital Shirt Info
• Showcase T-shirts are optional, but are a fun souvenir for your dancer.

Trophy Note Reminder

Dancers in Preschool age classes and older received their Trophy Note in class the week of March 17th with information on the number of years they have danced at WDC.

Dancers who have danced at WDC for 3, 5, 7, 10, 12 and 15 years will be recognized with a special trophy and will be listed in our recital program book. We do our best to keep our records up to date but may occasionally miss someone, especially if they have not been at the studio for consecutive years.

If the number of years listed on your dancer's note is not correct, please email us at wdcdesiree@gmail.com with any changes by Saturday, April 5th. Thank you!
