Dear Parents & Caregivers,
 
The 2022-23 school year has ended and I wish to take one last opportunity to highlight the recent school year. In many ways, there is a great deal to celebrate. There are numerous highlights that are worth mentioning in this end of year newsletter. Let me begin by congratulating our WDHS Soccer team by making history this past fall and qualifying for the state tournament. Not only was it the first time for our soccer team to go the state tournament, in the process, they collected first time regional and sectional championships in their amazing run to state. Special thanks to the players and coaches who energized everyone to support this team. It was so great to see the community get behind an awesome bunch of student-athletes!. ...READ MORE
Youth Apprenticeship Through
Cesa 5 at WDHS

Wisconsin's Youth Apprenticeship (YA) program is designed for juniors and seniors to gain paid work experience while taking related instruction in a specific career pathway. CESA 5 coordinates the Youth Apprenticeship program for 25 area school districts, including nearly 200 students working at over 170 area employers.. ...READ MORE
State Assessment Results Timeline

We appreciated all of the support from parents and caregivers during the state assessment season this past spring. The School District of Wisconsin Dells utilizes student assessment results to help us determine student progress in the state standards and to shape direction of our overall instructional programs. The Department of Public Instruction uses the data as part of our accountability ratings and the school report card system (typically released late Fall annually).   ...READ MORE
