As arts venues around the Lehigh Valley cancel events and close their doors to stop the spread of COVID-19, we will not have sponsored events to promote in the coming weeks.

In response, Silagh White talks with Kate Scuffle , Managing Director of Selkie Theatre , about how arts organizations in the area are coping and some of the challenges they now face.

This week's topic is suicide prevention. Host John Pearce is on-air with Allison Frantz , Coordinator of Lehigh County's Suicide Prevention Task Force, and  Richard Orlemann , Deputy Director of Lehigh County's Mental Health Administration, to explain the efforts by the Lehigh Valley counties to put a spotlight on suicide prevention. 

There are also guests from Nazareth Area High School's Aevidum Club; advisor  Mary Pritchard  and students  Sam Burns  and  Chelsea Hillman will surprise you with efforts they're making at middle school and high school levels to bring awareness of the issue and how to combat it.

On the next  Galactic Travels ™, host Bill Fox will conclude the month-long Special Focus on  Polaris , a.k.a. Jakub Kmieć of Poland. He is a veteran of open-air events like the WEF Molo Electro festival in Sopot and the Pyromagic Music Wave fireworks festival in Szczecin. The Featured CD at midnight will be "Collision" with Krzysztof Horn on Ricochet Dream Records . This is the recording of their concert at the 2010 Ricochet Gathering in Berlin.
You will also hear new music by Max Corbacho on Silentsun and by Stan Dart on SynGate Records.
