Q: Why are you changing your name??

A: When the clinic first opened it's doors back in 2016 our main focus was obviously eyebrows and laser...and the name iBrow&LaserClinic was perfect for that time. However over the years we have added many new services and want to have a name that will represent all that we do and are. We feel that iBrow&LaserClinic limits us and may confuse clients as to what else we offer. We also want to make sure everyone feels comfortable coming to us for services and not feel that like it is a space just for women and their eyebrows....

Q: OK...so what does PRANA mean?

A: Prana is energy, vitality, power. Prana is the foundation and essence of all life; the energy and vitality that permeates the entire Universe. Prana flows in everything that exists.

Q: Why did you change the name to PRANA?

A: We wanted a name that had importance to us, the way we live our lives, the way we work, the energy we share with our clients. We are committed to doing business differently...we want to infuse our services with positive energy, we want to contribute to making the world a better place one client at a time. This may sound a bit funny as our services are mainly cosmetic, however when people take time for themselves they feel better. When you feel good you reflect that on to others. We believe in kindness, acceptance, peace, love, being positive and putting out the energy that we would want in return. We try our best to use this as our foundation in everything we do.

Q: What else is changing?

A: Well since we are on this topic....we will eventually be moving to a larger space as well, but our new location will still be in the Sunnyside Mall....just up the elevator. We will send out an email when we have more information. This move will allow us to offer even more services and have windows(YEAH!). We are very thankful for this opportunity to be expanding and having a fresh new start. The last couple of years have been tough on everyone and businesses.

We can't thank our clients enough for continuing to support us. We have taken this time to reflect on what is important to us and how we want to move forward from here.

Our biggest decision to move is to have windows - to be surrounded by natural light and be closer to nature (as much as we can at this point.) We know that people are dealing with a lot these days, more stress, more anxieties and we recognize the importance of being closer to nature to help relax, rest and heal. We are trying to be mindful in the way we offer services and what we surround ourselves and our clients with.
