Dear Friends,

The end of 2021 is close at hand and it is a time to look back at the year, celebrate successes, and plan for the future. We are proud of how South Florida is recovering from the COVID-19 pandemic and can see that our community is truly resilient.

Dream in Green has continued to provide resources that reflect the needs of its citizens and promote environmental stewardship. We hope to continue our work for many more years to come and meet the challenges discussed both nationally and globally - including at COP26.

Join us in committing to engage each other in meaningful conversations and an exchange of ideas to ensure we continue to thrive.

Sincerely,
Diego J. Cancel

Thrive305 - Local News
Miami-Dade County just launched its Thrive305 Action Plan. This is just the beginning of shaping a Miami-Dade County that works for all our residents. It focuses on 12 key priorities that came directly from our community and converts them into actions. This initiative leverages Miami-Dade's biggest asset, its residents, through a survey and series of virtual workshops to inform the administration’s “Action Plan''. It's a bottom-up, community-driven policy framework with a focus on policies, initiatives, and strategies that center on an equitable recovery and a thriving community.
