We wanted to provide you and your families with a quick update on the COVID-19 pandemic situation and its effect on our practice and your dental needs.
As we know, May 8 has been set by our governing agencies and public health experts as the new date to begin relieving some pandemic restrictions that have been in place for several weeks. Since this began, we have taken every effort to follow the recommended guidelines as well as continue to treat patients on an emergency-based need only. We have been operating out of the Souderton office with minimal staff and rotating doctors. As the needs increase, we can expand our hours in the coming weeks as well as begin to work out of the Harleysville office.
However, at this time of uncertainty, we must continue to postpone all non-essential dental care until further notice. Our staff is working very hard and looking toward our eventual re-opening for all services. We understand that you may have a dental situation arise and be uncertain if it is an ‘essential’ visit. We encourage you to use any of the resources we have available to contact our office. One of our staff members will be able to guide you through your problem to determine the nature of your dental emergency.
We have also updated our safety measures and taken every precaution in our office to maintain a safe and efficient dental experience.
