Are you a passionate and experienced therapist looking to make a meaningful impact?

Harmony Place Monterey is seeking a skilled clinician to join our dynamic team of professionals.

We are a leading Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization (PHP) program with a specialized focus that works compassionately with the deeper issues, moving individuals towards "Earned-Secure Attachment." All modalities including DBT, CBT, Expressive, IFS, EMDR, ACT, and Somatic are utilized.

Harmony Place Monterey is looking for a licensed therapist, senior therapist, or licensed-eligible therapist in California to join our cohesive team of clinicians.

Our program is exceptional. It is divided into four speciality tracks of

mental health, eating disorders, chemical dependency, and sexual disorders. Therapists for PHP are assigned four clients who are seen three times each week.

Harmony Place Monterey is a collaborative, “institute-like” environment with daily staff discussions, one-to-one supervision, and weekly trainings to support ongoing professional growth.

Salaries are competitive and commensurate with experience.
