ABOUT THE PRESENTERS
Adrian Hebig
Adrian Hebig is Chief Operations Officer in charge of sales, marketing, underwriting and production operations for Channel Partners Capital. Adrian joined Channel Partners Capital in June 2018, after spending the prior four years with Wells Fargo Equipment Finance where he was Senior Vice President, National Sales Manager for the Vendor Services Group. Adrian began his career with Lyon Financial Services, Inc. and subsequently U.S. Bank Equipment Finance holding positions as a regional sales manager, division general manager and senior vice-president and chief operations officer from 1989 to 2010. Adrian has managed and led business units in leasing, asset-based lending, factoring, encompassing sales and operations across vendor, healthcare and bank finance platforms. He holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Southwest Minnesota State University. 
Bradon Marshall
Bradon Marshall is a Senior Leasing Consultant for Quality Leasing Co., LLC, an equipment finance company that provides finance options for small business owners. He knows the ins and outs of the equipment finance business. In his previous role as President of C.H. Brown Co., Bradon took the company to the next level through advancements in technology, underwriting and sales strategies. Previously, Bradon worked as a senior credit analyst and sales manager for C.H. Brown. He graduated with honors from West Texas A&M University with a dual degree in Business and Education.
Brenton Russell
Brenton Russell began in the leasing industry in March of 2015 at Bryn Mawr Funding. In the four and a half years that Brenton has been with Bryn Mawr, the company has grown exponentially in size. He moved into his current management position with the company in March of 2017. His team went from a staff of nine employees to 24 over the past two years. Bryn Mawr credits its growth to the valued broker relationships, and the development of his employees. He graduated from Penn State University and Southern New Hampshire University with a B.S. in Economics and Finance. Brenton and his wife recently moved to Collegeville, PA with their dog, Callie.
ABOUT THE MODERATOR
Sandy Olds
Sandy Olds recently joined Channel Partners after retiring from U.S. Bank after a 38-year career in retail and corporate banking. Her last 18 years were exclusive to the Equipment Finance division where Sandy managed a sales team that offered a lease product through the branch network. Sandy graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato with a B.S. degree in Social Studies/Secondary Education.
