Funding for LIHTC Major Rehabilitation Projects

The California Housing Partnership will be hosting a free online webinar on behalf of the Solar on Multifamily Affordable Housing (SOMAH) program on Wednesday, December 2, from 10:30 am to 12 pm.

This webinar is intended for multifamily affordable housing owners with eligible major rehabilitation projects going through the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) 4% and 9% programs. The webinar will focus on how owners can utilize SOMAH's solar incentives and free technical assistance to help reduce operating costs and make the transition to all-electric buildings.
