Despite the many challenges of COVID-19, Wayne County’s 172nd County Fair was a huge success.
New to the fairgrounds this year was a giant American flag rippling through the wind over 100 feet in the air. The brand new 30 ft. by 60 ft. American flag soars high atop a 140-foot pole, making it one of the largest flags in the state of Ohio. The flag was placed in celebration of the Wooster Rotary Club's 100th anniversary, honoring United States veterans and those who lost their lives on 9/11. The breath-taking view of red, white, and blue can be seen while driving past the fairground on Route 30. We encourage you to hop on the road and check it out.
