Exciting Changes Ahead!

We wanted to share an update about a few exciting changes taking place at Wayne Church. Thanks to a state grant, Wayne Cares will be adding a commercial refrigerator and freezer to better serve our growing outreach ministry. Over the past year, we have seen a 20% increase in the number of neighbors we serve.

As plans for the new equipment were discussed, the Trustees proposed relocating the Wayne Cares pantry into the current church office and moving the office into the existing pantry space. With Wayne Cares continuing to grow, they recognized this arrangement would make better use of our available space and better support the ministry for years to come.

We are incredibly grateful to our church family and the Board of Trustees for their vision, support, and generosity in making these improvements possible. Thank you for your patience as this work is completed. We expect any disruptions to be minimal and look forward to sharing the finished space with you soon.

Sunday Evening Study I 7pm on Zoom. Led by Lowell Gustafson.

Ladies' Thursday Morning Study Group I 10am on Zoom. Led by Nancy Brown.

Current study is The Acts of the Apostles by William Barclay.

Men's Morning Study Group I 1st & 3rd Thursdays, 6:30am in the Upper Room (in person & on Zoom). Current study is The Ten Commandments, led by Lowell Gustafson. Coordinated by Brian Ivey.
