ANNUAL WOODCUTTING DAY AT POCONO PLATEAU!
Saturday, November 6 from 9am-4pm
The forest is a wonderful habitat for wildlife, a beautiful example of God's handiwork, and a resource that provides precious fuel for our wood burning stoves. Our wood stoves consume over 40 cords of wood per year and saves the camp approximately $10,000 in fuel expenses annually. We need individuals and groups for our annual timber harvest in autumn to cut down trees, cut logs, split and stack firewood.  The camp will provide lunch during your visit. If you're interested or have questions, please contact the Pocono Plateau camp office at 570.676.3665 or email at [email protected].
GOT LEFTOVER HALLOWEEN CANDY?
Christine Garton is collecting candy to deliver to the staff of the Radnor Sanitation Department. Please drop off candy in the collection bin in the church lobby by Monday, November 8th. Candy must be individually wrapped. Thanks!

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE CHOSEN?
Mondays - 6:30pm viewing, 7:30pm discussion in the Well
Join us for a Bible study unlike others you’ve encountered. It is designed to be used in conjunction with The Chosen, the groundbreaking streaming series about the life of Jesus, as seen through the eyes of those who followed Him. Whether you’re just starting out on the Jesus road or you’re decades along, being chosen has far-reaching ramifications and endless applications, especially in a day and age when issues of identity are at the forefront of culture, and insecurity, confusion and a desire for purpose seem to reign supreme. Walk with the disciples like you never have and learn what it means to be Chosen.
LADIES WEDNESDAY EVENING BIBLE STUDY
THE WOMEN OF THE BIBLE SPEAK:
Alternating Wednesdays at 7pm
Dates: 11/3, 11/17, 12/1, 1/5/22, 1/19/22, 2/2/22, 2/16/22
People unfamiliar with Scripture often assume that women play a small, secondary role in the Bible. But in fact, they were central figures in numerous Biblical tales. It was Queen Esther’s bravery at a vital point in history which saved her entire people. The Bible contains warriors like Jael, judges like Deborah, and prophets like Miriam. The first person to witness Jesus’ resurrection was Mary Magdalene, who promptly became the first Christian evangelist, eager to share the news which would change the world forever. Click below for more information or contact Kimm Ebersole with any questions or to sign up!
LADIES TUESDAY MORNING BIBLE STUDY ON ZOOM!
When: Tuesdays at 10:00 - 11:30am
We will be delving into what Martin Luther has called the purest Gospel and the most important piece in the New Testament. This 12 week study will examine Paul’s letter to the Romans using Max Lucado’s study guide and an online video series as resources to guide us in this study. Newcomers welcome!   Please contact Nancy Brown to get signed up.
NEW MEN'S BREAKFAST STUDY IS STARTING!
When: 1st & 3rd Thursdays at 6:30am on Zoom
Next date: November 4
Have you ever felt stuck? Sometimes life feels rigid—as if nothing could ever really change. Maybe we’re afraid of taking a step of faith. Or maybe we’re too injured from the past to move forward. Or maybe life threw us a curveball and we still don’t know how to react. No matter where you find yourself, you can make the most of today. In this inspirational series, Heisman Trophy winner Tim Tebow shares stories from his life to illustrate what it means to seize each day for God’s glory. He challenges us to step out in courage because this is the day to act. To find out more information or get signed up, please click a button below.
WEDNESDAY MORNING BIBLE STUDY ON ZOOM
Wednesdays at 9:30am
The Bible's Last Words: a study of the last 8 books of the Bible - James, 1 & 2 Peter, 1, 2, & 3 John, Jude, and Revelation. Along with Hebrews, these "Littles" are the non-Pauline books and serve to round out our understanding of the gospels, as a complement to Paul's perspective. Living in the midst of what now appears an on-going pandemic may also prove a valuable backdrop to exploring Revelation and its "end of the world" vision. Please contact Katie McNabb via the button below to get signed up!
