BOOKS OF JOHN BIBLE STUDY STARTS THIS SUNDAY!
Tying in with Pastor Tom’s sermon series on “Personal Faith in Public Life,” beginning Sunday, February 9 th , the Upper Room Adult Connections Class will begin a new video-based study on the Books of 1, 2 and 3 John, written and shared by Dr. Tony Evans. In this study on John’s three letters, Dr. Evans challenges Christians who have grown comfortable and complacent in their faith. Fellowship with God is the essence of our faith, and Tony walks through 1, 2 & 3 John to paint a picture of love, obedience, and truth. In a world that often seems to hate Jesus, we are called to love Him and His people with a fierce love. Come to one, come to all. There is no advance reading required. You won’t be disappointed, and you will  always  be welcome!

Where: Kimm Ebersole’s home (see directory for address)
Please join us as we continue our study on Prayer and the importance of prayer life. A Woman of Prayer by Betty Henderson is an uplifting and practical Bible study. Betty Henderson invites you to live life as A Woman of Prayer. Believers acknowledge that prayer is an integral part of Christian living, but how many of us know what prayer entails? From the basic “Prayer Principles” to the realities of “Prayer Practiced,” Henderson takes Christian women step-by-step through Scripture, demystifying our prayer life with a challenge to simply converse with the God, Who hears. Successive Bible study and practical, spiritual application draw out valuable lessons from God’s Word for women today.

Books can be purchased from Amazon.com (use Amazon Smile to give our church credit) for $4.50 (used) to $8.50 (new). If you need any assistance, feel free to let Kimm know.
Note: Book is not required to join us, just helpful to deepen your study.
This is very casual, dress comfy, come as you can; come late or leave early, as your schedule allows.   Contact Kimm Ebersole with any questions or help needed.
MEN'S BREAKFAST - BOOK OF EPHESIANS
When: 1st & 3rd Thursdays at 6:15am
Date: February 20

God knew before the world began that his people would face hardship, so he gave us his Word. The Book of Ephesians is a survival manual—it equips believers to thrive in a world that turns away from the message of Jesus Christ. We will dig into the text of Ephesians verse-by-verse and be challenged to live out the Gospel. If the people around us are going to hear the Gospel, it's going to be from our lips.
