Baseball season has begun so we have to share that we aren't the only ones crazy about Valley Forge Coffee Reserve Nitro Cold Brew these days! That's right, it has made it all the way to Citizens Bank Park, only don't expect to get any if you go to a game, this keg is only for the Philadelphia Phillies. Membership has its privileges indeed! Congratulations Ian Wilson & Valley Forge Coffee Reserve on this exciting new customer!
THE GOLDEN HALO HAS BEEN CROWNED!
It's all over. The saint smackdowns are complete and the latest recipient of the Golden Halo has been crowned. Both in Lent Madness AND at Wayne Church!
HAVE YOU HEARD ABOUT THE CHOSEN?
The buzz around Wayne Church has everything to do with The Chosen these days and we want to get the word out about this amazing production. It is the first-ever multi-season TV show about the life of Jesus not to mention the biggest crowdfunding event in history. Created outside of the Hollywood system, The Chosen allows us to see Him through the eyes of those who knew Him. No matter where you are in your journey with Jesus Christ, this show is for you.  Season 1, which shows a charismatic fisherman drowning in debt,  a troubled woman wrestling with real demons,  a gifted publican ostracized by his family and his people and a religious leader struggling with his beliefs all who encounter Jesus are explored in 8 fantastic episodes. Watch to see Jesus through the eyes of those who met Him. What’s even more exciting is that the first episode of Season 2 airs on Easter Sunday at 8pm!
LADIES BOOK DISCUSSION
When: Monday, April 12 at 7pm on Zoom
Hopefully the cold, snowy winter is behind us and there's still time to get some reading in! The book up for discussion is "The Giver of Stars," by Jojo Moyes. Set in Depression-era America, the novel chronicles the lives of female librarians in Baileyville, a town in Kentucky’s Appalachian Mountains. Themes of friendship, the effects of misogyny, corporate greed, inequality, and rebirth fill the pages of this novel.

BIBLE IN A YEAR ON ZOOM
Bible in a Year is 36 classes that demystify the Holy Scriptures! A detailed review of the essentials – What is the purpose of the 66 books in the Bible? What was God’s intent? Is there inspiration in the scriptures that aid our search for abundant living? This study flight over the entire Bible will help us understand the context of each book when we encounter the Scriptures and re-valorize the richness of our inheritance through Christ Jesus and the Word. Charles Caristan will lead this study, please reach out to him by the button below to get signed up for this important class.
MEN'S BREAKFAST ON ZOOM IN 2021
When: 1st & 3rd Thursdays @ 6:30am
Next date: April 15
Please join us from your home as we study the Gospel of Mark. The Gospel of Mark chronicles Jesus’s journey from Galilee to Jerusalem. Along the way, the Messiah gathers a ragged band of disciples. As crowds grow and dwindle on the road to Jerusalem, only a few stick by the Suffering Savior on the road of discipleship.

In this 11-part series on the Gospel of Mark, author and speaker Francis Chan invites us to walk with him along the ancient ways of the Master. Tracing the steps of Jesus and the Twelve through Israel, Francis explores the major themes of the Gospel of Mark, and asks: Are we willing to take this journey to embrace discipleship? Email Pastor Tom below to get set up for this next study.
WEDNESDAY MORNING BIBLE STUDY
When: Wednesdays at 9:30am
This class is currently studying the Gospel of Mark. New members should contact Katie McNabb to get the Zoom sign in.
