@ 10:30 AM (blended traditional, sanctuary)
JOIN US FOR MEMORIAL DAY HOSPITALITY!
Memorial Day Weekend is here!   Wayne has a parade every year that ends at the Memorial across the street from Wayne Church.   (Corner of Runnymede and South Wayne).   Every year we open our doors to offer hospitality to the veterans as well as the parade attendees.   As always, we invite you to come and attend as well as help if you are inclined to do so.   We set up chairs on our lawn for the veterans, provide tents/canopies for veterans to sit under, set up signs, be warm and friendly and hand out Food Pantry flyers.

If you want to help with setup, please arrive around 8:30AM Monday morning!   Also, if you have canopies or tents that we could borrow for the morning, please bring them to the church by that time, so we can set them up!   Please put your name on them so we can make sure they are returned to you.

These changes would impact a broader group than just parents and children, so we would like to take YOUR opinion into   account, so we can understand how these changes will impact the congregation. The survey will take less than 5 minutes and is completely anonymous - take it today!

OKLAHOMA MISSION TRAINING, SUNDAYS, JUNE 2, 9 & 16
For those going on the Senior High Mission Trip to Oklahoma, these are sessions to teach what we will be doing and are mandatory. They will begin after the second worship service.
WE’RE BUILDING A CHURCH IN OKLAHOMA!
Join our Senior High Youth, June 22-30, in building a church sanctuary for Good Springs United Methodist in Talihina, OK. Many from their congregation are from the Choctaw Nation. Their current building is deteriorating so Wayne Church, along with the Oklahoma Indian Missionary Conference and the Choctaw Nation are coming together to build a new flexible space to serve as a Sanctuary and Fellowship Hall. Ready to step out of your comfort zone and try something a little different? Contact Matt Sch weitzer or Scott Wilson.
HELPING THE PEOPLE OF PITTSBURGH!
The Pittsburgh Project is a mission trip from July 8-12 to Pittsburgh, PA.   During our five days the middle school youth group and adult chaperones will make repairs to the homes of Pittsburgh's most vulnerable citizens, the elderly and disabled.   They will also spend the week worshiping together, learning about God's kingdom and His plans for their lives, and growing closer to one another through fun and hard work. Questions or interested in being part of this important ministry? Email Matt Schweitzer here!
THANK YOU APRIL 27TH CHOSEN 300 VOLUNTEERS!
Thank you to all the volunteers and generous donors of our successful meal hosting for Chosen 300 in Pottstown on April 27th. Because of all of you we not only served a hot meal for over 80 people, we also offered clothing donations and bread donations from Panera to our guests.  We had beautiful music and a moving message. It was a wonderful team effort. Thank you to our shoppers, our kitchen crew, our cleanup crew, on site servers, our van driver, Pottstown kitchen crew, clothing and sock assistants and donors of clothing, money and food. We are so blessed to have such a caring, generous community! Our next hosting is June 22nd.    If you are interested in participating in this wonderful ministry please reach out to Kimm Ebersole  or Agnes Fischer. It is a very moving and rewarding experience and we would love to have you.
