Family worship and Kingdom Kids

null You may have noticed on Sunday that we now have several tables reserved for families with children. These tables have art supplies and allow parents and guardians to worship together. As we continue to have more and more new visitors, it is even more important for parents/guardians to keep their children close. These family tables will help.

We have also implemented wristbands for our Kingdom Kids. So parents/guardians remember to check your children in at the Kingdom Kids check in table to get your wristband.

It is amazing how we are starting to see more people come to Jesus in our gatherings. We say more Lord!

Highlights from the First Annual Leadership Summit at International House of Prayer - KC During the Onething Gathering.

"For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea." Hab. 2:14

Steven and Rene Springer, along with Bethany Conway, were invited to the First Annual Onething Leadership Summit hosted in Kansas City at the Onething Youth Conference 2013. The Leadership Summit had 500 leaders representing 150 nations, converging to share what God is establishing globally through the prayer and missions movement.

The goals of the Leadership Summit were to strengthen relationships between Christian leaders; begin discussion of strategic goals and objectives--to see night and day prayer established in every language and in each geographic and ethnic region of the earth; and to explore the diversity of expression in corporate prayer with worship.

Onething 2013

It was also amazing to see over 25,000+ people gathered from around the world to be at the Onething Youth Conference 2013 (radical lovers of Jesus worshiping the One). "I will allow no sleep to my eyes or slumber to my eyelids, till I find a place for the Lord, a dwelling for the Mighty One of Jacob." Psalm 132:4-5

God's Covenant Being Established More Deeply in 2014

This rainbow actually surrounded the sunrise as we entered back into Madison on New Year's Eve morning. We were returning from a Global Leadership Summit hosted by IHOP-KC. This was an encouraging sight after a long night of travel and enduring several trials. God's covenant is being established more deeply in the lives and relationships of His people and over the land in 2014. If you look close you can also see a cross within it. God reveals His heart and promises in stunning ways--we just need to recognize Him in it!

Covenant Transport

This was also another sign God gave us as our truck broke down and pulled into a gas station. God often uses gas as a symbol of His empowering grace. The grace we receive through His Covenant is sufficient in all the trials we face. We are carriers of His covenant and transport it across the land.

It was a night of joy and celebration as we rang in the New Year 2014 with ambassador of joy, Georgian Banov. From vibrant worship, dancing and praise; to a balloon drop, yummy snacks, and more--the joy of the Lord was released! It was also great to partner with Lighthouse Church and other prayer rooms and ministries throughout the region.

Updates from Ghana Africa

On Sunday, December 29th, our Kingdom Ambassador Missionaries, Cassie Pfitzenmeier and Renee Toeller, arrived safely in Ghana Africa! They will be receiving our children into the Hope Home Orphanage, continuing to establish the prayer and worship watches in the Global Presence Prayer Room Gbefi (GPPR Gbefi), and overseeing the continued development of the Transformation Center Gbefi, Ghana.

The family is the vehicle for generational revival. Loving Our Kids On Purpose brings a fresh perspective on the age-old role of parenting. It incorporates the principles of the Kingdom of God and revival into your strategy as parents.

Loving Our Kids on Purpose will give you tools to:

Teach your children to manage increasing levels of freedom
Replace the tools of intimidation and control
Create a safe place for children to build confidence and personal responsibility

Our Home Gatherings focus on strengthening relationships, praying for each other and also looking at diving deeper into the message we receive at our Sunday morning Community Gatherings.

For 2014, Home Gatherings will be hosted every Sunday, except for the last Sunday of the month. The last Sunday of the month will be a time set apart for the Home Gathering Leaders for leadership development and growth.
