Broker Liability Series

Washington REALTORS® Legal Hotline lawyer Annie Fitzsimmons continues her Broker Liability series this week with video #4: Buyer Broker Risk for "No Contingency" Buyers.

In today's highly competitive market, Sellers are requiring Buyers not to have any contingencies in their offers. Purchasing property without the benefit of any contingencies creates quite a bit of risk for the Buyer and for the Buyer's Broker.

In this week's video, Annie discusses what risks come with not including contingencies, as well as what those contingencies are.
