NOMINATE YOUR LISTING AS A HEADQUARTER HOUSE!
The headquarter house (last year's pictured above) serves as a point-of-contact for the media and public, as well as a supply station (balloons, sign riders, etc.) for SAR members during the weekend event when the SAR is closed.
The headquarter house will be promoted to the media, public, and SAR members before and during the event, and receive excellent media exposure.
To nominate your listing(s), please email event chair
Bill Richard with address, listing details, and photos by next

SpokaneOpen.com, the weekend of the event,
April 28-29.
SAR members may take advantage of special negotiated rates with the
Inlander and
The Spokesman-Review for our open house weekend event.
This is optional, but a great way to be sure your participating open(s) get maximum exposure during the event.
Spaces are limited - reserve yours now!

Legal Hotline: Winning the Offer Battle |
NEW!
Washington REALTORS® Legal Hotline lawyer
Annie Fitzsimmons kicks off a new series!
In part 1 of this series, imagine that your buyer cast too much caution to the wind and found themselves forfeiting earnest money, or maybe regretting having paid too much for the property, or possibly found that the property was riddled with conditions that they weren't aware of.
If your buyer loses that battle, you as the agent could be the collateral damage in the loss of that war.
Buyer might be likely to blame you saying that you failed to caution them sufficiently about the risk they were undertaking.
Annie wants to talk about some of the standards that are considered to be buyer protections.
See Annie's new seven-minute video online here:
