Air Force Scoping Fairchild AFB

The public is invited to review proposed plans to base Boeing KC-46A refueling tankers at Fairchild Air Force Base at a public meeting on Thursday, January 12th:

5 p.m. to 8:00 p.m at the Lincoln Center 
(1316 North Lincoln Street)


The meeting is part of an Air Force scoping process to select the next main operating base for the new tankers.

The public will be able review display boards and speak with Air Force officials about the proposed project.

If selected, Fairchild could receive the new tankers in 2020.

2017 Outlook: 1-3% Home Sale Gain

 
        
NAR Chief Economist Lawrence Yun says existing-home sales should increase by 1-3 percent in 2017 and mortgage interest rates could rise to 4.8 percent.

2016 SAR President Susie Luby ends her term on a high note - both by strong numbers in the local housing market, and by strong numbers in a recent survey of professions.  Real estate agent is in the top five most fulfilling professions in the U.S., by a new survey.
