 You can use the power of the FIND Application to make research more efficient - saving you time so that you can focus on making money.  Roger Stewart, MLS Training & Communications Manager realtor.com will be at the SAR office Tuesday July 26th and Wednesday July 27th to present  FREE training sessions.

The sessions are:
 
9am until 11am on Tuesday July 26th and Wednesday July 27th
  
1:00 pm until 3:00 pm on July 26th

    The FIND Application is a serious data tool allowing MLS Members access to valuable realtor.com data via an intuitive search engine and a property-centric national database.
 

Education Excellence / Quarterly Meeting 
 



Mark your calendar and plan to attend our next Education Excellence and Quarterly Membership Meeting on Thursday, August 11th.

$40.00 early registration ends Monday, August 8th!

This time, we'll be meeting in the Commons on the Mukogawa Fort Wright campus near Spokane Falls Community College.

The education piece will be a Purchase & Sale Agreement class, which is required for residential brokers to take once in every four-year cycle.

If you have not taken this class since January 1, 2013, you need to take it this year!

Washington state is at the bottom of the list when it comes to the cost of residential electricity in the United States.  Put another way, we enjoy the lowest monthly electric bills in the country - according to a new survey by WalletHub.

The average monthly electric bill for homeowners here in Washington state is $218.  The highest in the survey is $404 (Connecticut).
