Spokane Highest Inbound/Outbound
|
REALTOR.COM® ranks Spokane as #1 in the United States for the highest inbound to outbound ratio.
The markets with the highest overall inbound to outbound ratios are more affordable, have higher expected employment growth, and more available inventory than the markets from which they receive their inbound views.
The report says buyers are shifting their preferences from more expensive markets with less inventory to more affordable markets with more inventory available - like Spokane.
See the report on REALTOR.COM® online here.
With a strong economy, Spokane's housing market is flourishing, but there aren't enough homes available for everyone who wants to buy.
Spokane's home inventory is at an all time low, especially as more homes get sold.
That makes things extra competitive in the race to find your family's dream home.
