HELP US ACCELERATE FOOD PRODUCTION
VOLUNTEERING DURING COVID-19

Small, local farms are vital during this crisis - we know communities are experiencing food shortages and we know that food insecurity is affecting households at a devastating rate. Strengthening local short-chain food distribution systems has always been a priority to WEI, but now more than ever - we must build our capacity to feed the community and expand alternative food systems.

TO DO THIS WE NEED YOUR HELP! Sign up today to help grow healthy nourishing food on our farm! All experience levels welcome!
The health and safety of our staff, farm crew, volunteers, and community is our top priority! WEI is following all recommended practices for social distancing, sanitizing, and ensuring a safe workplace. We have plenty of space for crew and volunteers to maintain > 6 foot distance. To help us keep a safe work place - you must:

The Women’s Environmental Institute (WEI) is an environmental research, renewal and retreat center designed to create and share knowledge about environmental issues and policies relevant to women, children and identified communities affected by environmental injustice; to promote agricultural justice, organic and sustainable agriculture and ecological awareness; and to support activism that influences public policy and promotes social change.

Our mission brings together agricultural, food, and environmental justice, one community at a time; one farm at a time, one person at a time and all of us together.
Thank you for your continued commitment to Women's Environmental Institute and to our mission of Food, Farming, and Environmental Justice!

Sincerely,
