CODE OF CONDUCT

Coaches Conduct:

• Coaches must conduct themselves respectively and appropriately while representing Impact Gold Fastpitch.
• If a coach has an issue with a parent or family member during a team function, please exercise the 24-hour rule for both parties.
• Please address the player with respect and obtain from using profanity or inappropriate gestures while representing Impact Gold Fastpitch.
• Coaches, your recruiters are held to the same standards, whether they are parents or actual coaches.

If there is an incident while representing impact Gold Fastpitch and it is reported, we will evaluate the situation and proper repercussions will be handed down for the good of the team and the organization.

Player Conduct:

• Players should conduct themselves respectively and appropriately always while representing Impact Gold Fastpitch.
• Players are not to use profanity or vulgar language at any time while representing impact Gold.
• Player Uniforms should be properly worn (always tucked in and faced forward)
• Players are to only wear IMPACT GOLD LOGO in Impact Gold colors! NO OTHER COLORS ARE ACCEPTED! (Except for approved “Cause” Uniforms.) Violations will result in immediate termination of the Impact Gold Team.

Social Media Behavior:

• Please refrain from posting negative comments about the organization, teams, umpires, or other IG teams. Just like we would tell our athletes please be mindful of what you put out there.

• If an issue does occur with another Impact Gold team and you want to report the issue, please alert your area coordinator immediately. Please refrain from posting those issues online, issues are to be worked out internally, not in public. Report through the proper channels and the organization will handle it accordingly.

ORGANIZATION MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION

Organization Membership Structure- Please be sure to look at the chart of monthly dues for each age group. Each team will pay their organization membership fee via a monthly invoice. The invoices will be sent out on the 1^st of each month and will be due by the 5^th of the month to not incur late fees. Below is the amount each team will pay the organization each month, it’s based on age group and not the number of players each team has, it is a flat fee per month, no matter how many players are on the team.

• 8U - $150 per month
• 10U - $200 per month
• 12U - $250 per month
• 14U - $300 per month + a 1-time yearly fee of $1000 for Sports Recruits is required for this age group.
• 16U & 18U - $350 per month + a 1-time yearly fee of $1000 for Sports Recruits is required for this age group. 

Impact Gold Fastpitch Payment Policies -

Impact Gold Fastpitch is a self-funded Organization. Funds are obtained through either dues, contributions and donations, or fundraising.

All fees are due by the due dates for every month of the year, even if the team is not playing. The fees are calculated on a 12-month payment system. The invoices and reminders are sent out electronically

The annual fee consists of a 12 monthly fees (August - July). All teams must pay an annual Commitment fee (August Dues Payment) for each new annual season.

ALL PAID FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE EVEN IF A TEAM LEAVES THE ORGANIZATION OR CHOOSE NOT TO ATTEND OUR NATIONAL EVENTS SUCH AS ANNUAL COACHES MEETING, ORGANIZATIONAL AWARDS CEREMONY AND NATIONAL TOURNAMENT WORKOUTS.

Impact Gold Fastpitch annual season/budget runs from August to July of the following year. Upon payment of the Commitment fee in August, the team is committing to pay for all fees through the July payment that ends the annual season. If a team chooses to resign from the organization before the commitment is finished, Impact Gold can collect the fees that are remaining for the applicable season. The Fall season includes the monthly payments of August through December. The Spring/Summer season includes the monthly payments of January through July.

The dues and fees that are received by the Impact Gold Fastpitch are not tax deductible since services are received in return.

Late Policy: (All warnings will be written and sent via email)

After the 6^th of the month, payments are considered LATE and will be charged a $25.00 late fee.

After the 15^th of the month, teams will be charged an additional LATE fee of $50.00.

After 30 days, team will be suspended and subject to suspension policy listed below.

Suspension Policy: (All warnings will be written and sent via email)

1^st Warning: If a team becomes 30 days past due, they will be required to pay for the past due balance plus the current month to be eligible to play as Impact Gold.

2^nd Warning: If a team becomes 30 days past due, they will be required to pay for the past due balance, plus the current month, plus the next upcoming month to be eligible to play as Impact Gold.

3^rd Warning: If a team becomes 30 days past due, they must pay for the past due balance plus the pre-payment of the rest of the applicable season to be eligible to play as Impact Gold.
