DAY CAMP & TEEN CAMP PROGRAM HOURS
8:30am - 4:30pm

Our office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm.
Please call us at 469-586-3280 during these times.

REQUIRED FORMS
You will bring these with you to check-in on Monday.
Your camper will not be admitted without a completed Health Form.

CHECK-IN AT CAMP
  • Check-in begins at 7:00am and ends at 8:15am.
  • Please use our main entrance off County Road 2862 and follow the paved road until you come to the first left turn. You will see Camp Staff and a check-in flag. (Our back gate at County Road 3133 will be closed. You may exit there, but will not be able to enter camp there.)
  • At check-in, we will collect forms from you and medications for your camper(s).
*PLEASE NOTE: ALL MEDICATIONS, INCLUDING OVER-THE-COUNTER (OTC) AND NON-PRESCRIBED MEDICATIONS, MUST BE CHECKED-IN WITH OUR STAFF AT THIS TIME. ALL MEDICATION MUST COME IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING, ALONG WITH Rx INSTRUCTIONS AND ALL OTC MEDICATION MUST INCLUDE A PHYSICIAN'S NOTE IN ORDER FOR CAMP STAFF TO ADMINISTER.
  • If your camper is not checked in by 8:15am, you will need to park and enter the Education Building office (building across pool) for late check-in. There will be a Staff member there for late check-in until 9:00am.
  • If you are checking in a camper AFTER 9:00am, you will need to park and enter the Admin office (building located next to Dining Hall).

CHECK-OUT AT CAMP
  • Check-out begins at 4:30pm and ends at 6:00pm.
  • Campers are not able to be checked-out from 3:00-4:30.
  • Your camper(s) will only be released to the individual(s) listed as Emergency Contacts and/or Authorized Transporters - in online registration or added to Authorized Transporter Form. WE MUST HAVE A DRIVER'S LICENSE NO. FOR EVERY AUTHORIZED CHECK-OUT.
  • A Driver's License is required at EVERY check-out.
Please make sure you have collected all camper(s) belongings and medications before you leave camp Friday!

BUS TRANSPORTATION
  • Check-in begins at 7:00am and ends at 7:20am.
  • Buses will depart each location promptly at 7:30am.
  • Buses will return to each location at approximately 5:15pm and check-out ends at 6:00pm.

PACK LIST
Your camper needs only to bring/pack the essentials.
  • Lightweight backpack
  • Refillable water bottle
  • Swimsuit/Pool Towel
  • Sunscreen
  • Sunglasses and Hat
  • Bug Repellent (optional)
Campers are responsible for their belongings.
We recommend labeling all items.

LOST & FOUND
Lost and left items will be collected and stored in the laundry room located between the Dining Hall and Admin office.
We do not deliver or mail any camper belongings.

CAMP STORE
Camp store will be open Tuesday through Friday and is CASH ONLY.
We recommend securing your camper's camp store money in an envelope or ziploc bag labeled with your camper's name. The camp store price list is below.

FOLLOW THE ADVENTURE
We're happy to share photos of the camp experience throughout the week.
Photos will be viewable beginning Monday afternoon and then daily.

DIETARY RESTRICTIONS
If your camper has dietary restrictions, please be sure to include on the health form. If you have any questions regarding lunch, please email Mama T, our Food Services Director, at tmcginness@ymcadallas.org. Please include your camper's name and Day Camp week.
