SOME EXCITING NEWS!
There are so many terrific new projects coming up in downtown West Palm Beach that we want to make sure you are aware of all of them.
One special project that has caught everyone’s attention is the new development/district named “NORA” (Nora is short for North Railroad Avenue). The boundaries will be North Dixie Highway and the Florida East Coast Railway tracks from 7th Blvd just north of downtown West Palm Beach to Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard.
NORA’s developers are West Palm Beach-based NDT Development and Miami's Place Projects. Miami’s Place Projects were the developers of the successful Wynwood district in Miami.
West Palm Beach is going to be the hippest new place in Florida!!!
