Dear Valued Customer,

At 2 p.m. today, March 25, the Governor of Minnesota issued an executive “Stay at Home” order.

Under  Department of Homeland Security guidelines , WH Appliance Repair contractors are designated "Essential Critical Infrastructure Workers." This means our work will continue uninterrupted when the  "Stay at Home" order  begins in Minnesota on Friday, March 27. You can expect to receive the same high-quality appliance repair services that you are accustomed to.

As COVID-19 continues to impact the customers we serve, we will continue to meet your appliance repair needs. We are taking these extra precautions to ensure both you and our staff are safe and to do our part to slow the spread of the virus:

  • Our contractors continue to make service calls and are cleaning and sanitizing between appointments to keep us all safe.
  • Our lobby is closed, but our customer service representatives will continue to be available via phone at (763) 477-3000 from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Customer service can help with questions, bill payment and more.
  • Appliance service calls are answered 24/7, as usual. Call (763) 477-3177 to schedule service.
  • If you have an appointment scheduled, we ask that you reschedule if:
  • You have traveled by airplane within the past 14 days.
  • You or anyone in the home is ill.
  • If you do have a service call, we ask you to practice social distancing by providing technicians 6-10 feet of space to perform their jobs.

Thank you for your cooperation as we do our part to keep our employees and communities safe.

Sincerely,
Wendy Youngren
