All members are invited to Wright-Hennepin's 88th Annual Meeting on Thursday, April 24, 2025, at WH's headquarters in Rockford, MN. This year's theme is Powering You Through Change and Challenge.

Registration will begin at 4 p.m. Preregistration is not required.

Don't miss the fun activities, great prizes, valuable updates about your electric cooperative, and a free pork chop dinner!

Can't attend in person? Watch live on Vimeo. Livestream attendees can enter to win one of two $50 bill credits. Entry instructions will be provided during the livestream.

Registration opens: 4 p.m.

Free pork chop dinner: 4:30-6:45 p.m.

Bingo: 4:30-6:45 p.m.

Children's activities: 4:30-8 p.m.

Business meeting: 7-8 p.m.

Members who stay through the business meeting will receive a pound of butter and will be automatically entered to win this year's grand prize: a 2013 Ford F-150 4x4 extended cab!

Extremely limited parking is available at Wright-Hennepin headquarters.

Free overflow parking is available at Rockford Mall parking lot, Our Father's Lutheran Church, Lampert Lumber, and the industrial park behind Lampert Lumber. Free continuous shuttle busses will run from all lots to WH headquarters.

A kid's meal (hot dog) will also be available.

We'll be serving a free pork chop dinner from 4:30-6:45 p.m.

Play bingo for prizes from 4:30-6:45 p.m.

Members can also enter to win gift card prizes at the informational booths. Booths will be hosted by WH's member services, the Board of Directors, WH Security, Great River Energy, and more!

Members who stay through the business meeting will also receive a free pound of butter.

Bring the kids (ages 4-10) and drop them off in the children's area for free games and activities! The area will be open from 4:30-8 p.m.

Kids can also enter to win one of four bicycles!

The business meeting is held from 7-8 p.m.

During the business meeting, members will hear from WH and WH Holding leadership on the cooperative's 2024 financial performance, and what is in store for 2025.

We'll also announce Director election results for Districts 4, 6, and 8.
