MEET HUGH GILLIAM
FIABCI-USA PRESIDENT

Hugh Gilliam co-owned a national transportation company, created a land development business, and worked as a general contractor in residential and commercial construction for over two decades.
 
In addition, he co-founded an international distribution company and successfully negotiated and contracted with 135 sales representatives in the United States, Canada, France, Brazil, Japan, and the Netherlands.
 
Today Mr. Gilliam is Director of International Real Estate for RealtyHive LLC, where he handles commercial and residential transactions plus managing marketing programs and lead generation systems for international REALTORS®. He is an excellent negotiator, enjoys serving his clients, and works tirelessly to meet all challenges.
 
He is also co-founder of the luxury digital magazine, DOORWAYS INTERNATIONAL powered by RealtyHive, which serves as a platform for Brokers and Buyers throughout more than 200 countries.

MEET EUGENIA FOXWORTH
FIABCI-USA VICE-PRESIDENT-ELECT

Eugenia C. Foxworth, Owner/Broker of Foxworth Realty, opened this unique real estate boutique real estate brokerage company in September 2008 in New York City. During this time, she grew as others closed. Foxworth Realty is local, national and global, specializing in exceptional residential and properties for sale and rent in Manhattan, Riverdale, NY, Brooklyn and leisure properties internationally. Known for being out of the box, not having borders and getting the deal done. 
 She also serves on the New York Women’s Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. She is on the Senior Advisory Board for Community Affairs in Harlem etc.
Foxworth Realty is a member of NAR, REBNY, NYSAR, HGAR.
Ms Foxworth is a CIPS (International Property Specialist), certified NYRS (New York Residential Specialist), FIREC (International Real Estate Consultant) and is certified as an MWBE with NYC and NYS.
She became an active member of FIABCI-USA (International Federation of Real Estate) in 2003. In 2005 she was elected as the FIABCI-USA’s Local Council president for New York, New Jersey and Connecticut and served for 18 months.
 She has served on the Executive Board of Directors at various times. In May 2019 she was appointed as the First Vice President of the Executive Board of Directors for  FIABC-USA.
Throughout her membership she has sponsored many events throughout the country including Mexico and Hawaii. Having served on many committees that includes: the original Strategic Planning Committee, Marketing Committee and as a Vice-President of the Americas with FIABCI-ORG.  
In June 2020 she was invited to be a Trustees on the FIABCI-ORG Scholarship Foundation 2020-2023. She was elected in June 2020 as the President Elect for FIABCI-USA 2020-2021.
 May 2019 she began her term as the first Vice President of the Executive Board of Directors for FIABCI-USA.
In the April of 2019 she was recognized as a “Woman of Courage” and received an award from the Harlem Community News and Health First.  She also received a Citation from the New York State Assembly District 70th, Assembly Member, Inez E. Dickens and a Certificate of Appreciation from Gale A. Brewer, the Manhattan Borough President in Recognition for her dedication and service to the Harlem community.
In June 2019 the Real Estate Weekly recognized her as one of the “Leading Ladies in Real Estate”.
September 2019 she was honored as a “Woman of Excellence” by the New York Women’s Chamber of Commerce.
She has established a reputation throughout for her involvement in real estate on various levels, business and various art organizations.  
She is actively involved within the Harlem Community where her office is located. She was vice president of the Harlem Tourism Board for five years.  She was invited to serve as a senior advisor for the Community Partners Advisory Group.
MEET VIVIANNE SWIETELSKY
PRESIDENT, FIABCI-USA MIAMI COUNCIL

Vivianne formed VS Miami Properties Group in 2015 to specialize in identifying and presenting emerging opportunity in high-growth commercial and luxury residential property in Miami.

VS Miami Properties Group recently joined Charter Realty Partners, the in-house brokerage team of MEC Development Associates. Commercial real estate services offered range from acquisitions and dispositions to portfolio management, leases, and development opportunities in a variety of sectors.

In addition to investment services, the team offers global site location consultancy and networking expertise for the hospitality industry. They have forged a collaboration with one of the leading companies in the world for designing, branding, securing funding and operating Sports, Wellness, and Entertainment-themed developments.

Vivianne is part of the leadership team of FIABCI, The International Real Estate Federation, a global real estate networking organization founded in 1952. She is serving her second term as a Director on the FIABCI-USA Board of Directors and is the 2020 President of the FIABCI Miami & The Caribbean Council. She is also the Vice-President of the FIABCI International Marketing & Networking Committee, which advises the FIABCI Global board on new proptech and marketing initiatives.

Vivianne is very comfortable in the international setting and is cognizant of Miami's advantageous role as a gateway for foreign investors into the USA. As president of the Miami Council, Vivianne regularly features prominent global FIABCI members in the popular FIABCI-Miami Gateway Speaker Series.

A frequent traveler for business development, Vivianne has lived in Italy, Switzerland, Germany, and Mexico, and has owned companies that conducted business with several countries in Asia. Vivianne is fluent in English, Spanish, Italian, German, and French.

Vivianne lives in Coconut Grove, Miami, with her two teenage children and has been actively involved in her community for over 25 years. She avidly promotes the performing arts in South Florida, particularly for children, and sits on the boards of the Chopin Foundation of the United States, the Coral Gables Music Club, and the non-profit that her kids started, Rising Stars Miami, which teaches and brings the arts to under-resourced kids in Miami.
