BLUE WATER

Since our last newsletter, we've moved to the workshop stages with the musical Blue Water. Thanks to Theatre Calgary and Rainbow Stage Winnipeg for investing time and resources to get us this far!

SPEAK UP!

I remember the days of going to summer exhibitions, and now I'm in the fold of a prestigious group of artists at the National Music Centre's Speak Up! Exhibition in Calgary.

Visitors to Speak Up! can learn how Indigenous artists are fostering dialogue and understanding to radically shift the Canadian paradigm of who First Nation, Métis, and Inuit people are. Listen to my conversation with CKUA's Grant Stovel and read Eric Volmers' article from the Calgary Herald.

INDIGENOUS PEOPLES DAY

June 21 is an opportunity to celebrate the heart and soul that is Kanata, and to acknowledge the wonderful contributions of our culture and enduring fabric in the Canadian mosaic.
