My last assignment for Price was the Good Friday news conference organized remotely by W.E., with a 48-hour turnaround as I traveled for my second funeral down south in a week:

Special thanks to Lance Wilson for stepping in to moderate, and Price team member Vernetta Woods for on-the-ground support of Pamela Price, Civil Rights Attorney & Candidate for Alameda County District Attorney; Cat Brooks, Founder and Executive Director, Anti Police-Terror Project (APTP); Addie Kitchen (grandmother of Steven Taylor, who was shot by San Leandro Police at Walmart).
Hear the voices that support Ms. Price, unlike Eric Swalwell, whose attack on Price during the recall—with former DA Nancy O’Malley and 14 police unions resisting change—was more than likely motivated by fear due to Price’s federal court order to investigate prosecutorial errors.

Alameda County voters, take a closer look at the priceless opportunity to vote again for the Honorable Pamela Price for District Attorney.
Consider Price:
- Made history as lead plaintiff in the landmark case of Alexander vs Yale to hold Yale University accountable for sexual assault and sexual harassment under Title IX, resulting in protections for women and girls across the nation
- First Black Alameda County District Attorney in over 170 years (you think there was not pushback for a Black woman given Alameda County’s storied history—remember the Black Panthers, to say the least)
- First Black woman to serve as District Attorney
- First DA elected in 75 years without being appointed first
- First Alameda County DA to face a recall
- First to run to regain the Alameda County DA after a recall
Hey, Price is not “Whistling Dixie!”
Jus’ sayin,’
Jackie Wright
Former Director of Communications
Pamela Price 4 Alameda County DA
(Traveling outside of California for the next two months precludes me from being on the team that still has my support.)
Election Day is June 2, 2026.
Support Pamela Price for District Attorney with your financial assistance, especially if you can’t vote in Alameda County.
