Mask Ordinance Update
August 11, 2020

The Wichita City Council voted to extend the ordinance requiring the wearing of masks or other protective face coverings, until midnight, Tuesday, September 8.

NEW SMALL BUSINESS WORKING CAPITAL GRANTS
The Kansas Department of Commerce is offering several economic development grants to help businesses. The application form will go live for viewing only on Thursday, August 13 at 4:00pm. This “view only” period is to provide businesses an opportunity to prepare the information needed to complete an application.

On Wednesday, August 19 at Noon, the portal will go live and applications may be completed and submitted for review and approval.
