Topic: Strength in Sisterhood

Through the lens of innovative programs in K-12 schools, Karen will showcase the accomplishments of women education leaders in the Greater Wichita area. She will examine the power in women supporting other women and challenge us to encourage, affirm, and empower one another (and ourselves!).

Dr. Duling is the Associate Superintendent of Teaching and Learning for the Maize School District and an adjunct professor in the Graduate School of Education at Baker University. As a public educator with over three decades of experience in K-12 education, she is passionate about relationship-building, pedagogy, leadership, and organizational culture. Dr. Duling is a proud Wichitan. Her hobbies include cycling, hiking, and Kansas day trips. She and her husband have three grown children and five perfect grandchildren.
