Girl Scouts of the USA rolled out STEM-related badges this year?
On July 17, Girl Scouts of the USA (GSUSA) introduced 30 new badges in environmental stewardship, space science, robotics, and more to help girls create positive change in their communities—and beyond. Some of these new programs include Think Like a Programmer and Think Like an Engineer journeys in addition to badges in Robotics, Cybersecurity, Space Science and Mechanical Engineering.
Enhancing Girl Scouts’ proven girl-led programming, these new badges and journeys will set girls up for a lifetime of leadership and success, and prepare them to take action to make the world a better, greener, and more equitable place for us all. Visit girlscouts.org to learn more!
