Call for Volunteers: WICT Philly Gives Back Needs You!
We are looking for volunteers to help with our annual fundraiser, WICT Philly Gives Back (WPGB)! This is one of WICT’s signature events and is a great way to network, celebrate our champions, and help support some great charities. We are looking for committee members and Co-Chairs for the following committees: Silent Auction/Raffle, Awards, and Table Sales.

If you are interested in getting involved in this rewarding experience, please reach out to the WPGB Directors (Jasmine Rushum and Danielle Bonner) by June 1.
Let's Talk Mental Health
This month, we had the pleasure of having our The WICT Network: Greater Philadelphia Vice President, Yvette Thornton, interview the Reverend Dr. Kisha James Hartwick, who is a minister, practicing psychiatrist, and professor. Listen in as these two women ask and answer relevant and everyday questions about mental health and wellness.

LAUREN KRAMME | SALES MANAGER AT THE JUDGE GROUP
What do you love most about your job?
I love helping others grow in their career by mentoring and coaching. I feel a sense of purpose. I also enjoy the people I work with. Everyone is supportive and wants to see each other succeed, which creates a great working environment!

What do you value most about your membership with The WICT Network?
I value the events the most, as they allow me to network and meet other great folks in this area. I also enjoy the topics of conversation and speakers that WICT pulls together for each event. The organization has been great at sharing the DE&I initiatives that we have at The Judge Group, which is very much appreciated!

Since March 2020, I've learned...
That it’s okay to slow down. As women, we are constantly juggling many things in life and multitasking at its finest, but it can take a toll. Sometimes, slowing things down is what’s needed for better mental health.
Did You Know?
May is National Inventors Month!

This month, we're celebrating human ingenuity. If it weren’t for the creativity of inventors through the ages, we would still be traveling on horseback, writing with quills, and heck, tediously cutting a loaf of bread every morning.
Most objects we see around today were the brainchildren of folks who thought out of the box. Here’s to the imaginations and courage of all inventors!
