Wildlife Sighting Alert

The Association has received a report of a bobcat sighting on the driveway of a residence on Oak Hill, observed on Saturday at approximately 6:45 PM. Additionally, there have been recent coyote sightings in the area.

As a precaution, we strongly recommend that residents take the following steps to protect their pets:

• Keep pets leashed and supervised when outdoors.
• Do not leave pet food outside, as it may attract wildlife.
