We are thrilled to announce that our American-Marsh Pumps, A Wilo Brand Test Lab Facility has been approved through the Hydraulic Institute's Pump Test Lab Approval program!

American-Marsh Pumps, A Wilo Brand (AMP) has completed the ISO recertification audit and has been found to be in conformance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard.

This was a complete recertification, so the entire company was subjected to a rigorous 3-day audit that reviewed and confirmed that the AMP written processes for sales, design, manufacture, assemblies, services and testing were effective and AMP was in compliance. 

QuantumFlo is excited to expand Aftermarket support, reinforcing a commitment to service after the sale. What happens when something goes wrong with a QuantumFlo unit that’s not a warranty issue? The Aftermarket Team exists to support customers and troubleshoot and solve issues. 

Over the past 4 months, we received VOC feedback from our customers regarding their experience with our customer service and products. We've carefully analyzed the feedback and taken action to improve the customer experience. Moving forward, we intend to use these results as a benchmark for continuous improvement and will continue to measure customer satisfaction through VOC, which we will conduct semiannually. We appreciate hearing from you, whether it's through the VOC or your RSM, as your honest thoughts, ideas, and suggestions help us identify opportunities to improve.

Thank you for playing a major role in our efforts to enhance the customer experience. We will continue to monitor and address any remaining issues to ensure that we're meeting your needs and expectations.

This past February, American-Marsh Pumps, A Wilo Brand, held a one-day distributor training session for TAW, an IPS Company and Integrated Power Services in Collierville, Tennessee.

The session included product overviews and application opportunities. They also toured the twenty-acre campus, including the QC Department, Production, and the HI certified Test Lab. Distributors participated in a detailed, hands-on overview of the American Marsh Vertical Turbine line.

Our April training session is booked up, but we have another session open for May 24-25th with some spots available!
