BULLYING: A Growing Epidemic!
More than one out of every 5 students report being bullied.
64% of kids that are bullied, don't report it.
Research done by the National Institute of Health indicated that
both childhood bullies & their victims are more likely to be involved in violent activities & or crimes.
Studies also indicate that bullying victims are more likely to end up as victims of abuse or perpetrators of abuse in
Middle - High School years
& eventually as adults.
Effects of bullying:
Bullied victims struggle with depression, thoughts of suicide, anxiety, poor self esteem and physical ailments such as head aches and stomach aches.
