WISHIN CEO Speaks to Wisconsin Lawmakers About WISHIN's Role in Prior Authorization

The October 29, 2025, Senate hearing on Senate Bill 434 relates to the transparency and regulation of prior authorization requirements under health plans. WISHIN CEO Steve Rottmann testified.

WISHIN Announces Modifications to the Data Sharing Participation Agreement


Following months of discussion and review, the WISHIN Participant Advisory Board (PAB) approved and the WISHIN Board of Directors adopted several changes to the WISHIN Data Sharing Participation Agreement (PA). 

 

The changes will amend the WISHIN PA effective January 19, 2026WISHIN is hosting two 60’ virtual sessions to address any questions related to these Data Sharing Participation Agreement changes. The first session was on Monday November 10, 2025. Dozens of WISHIN participants attended. If you missed it, you have another chance to hear the details about the changes.

WISHIN Continues Preparations to Launch 2.0


DHS Announces Plans to Extend the 1.5% FFS Withhold Through 2026

 ELIGIBLE HOSPITALS: You can reach out to join the WISHIN network and claw back the 2026 1.5% fee-for-service (FFS) inpatient and outpatient claims withhold. Hospitals earning a "live" status in three interfaces will claw back the withheld funds AND earn an incentive payment from a pool of money derived from withheld funds.
