Geriatrics and Gerontology Education and Research (GGEAR) events scheduled for May 2015

The Geriatrics and Gerontology Education and Research Program at the University of Maryland Baltimore directs a University System of Maryland Redeployment Grant that, in partnership with Western Maryland AHEC, supports locally initiated and implemented projects to address the educational needs of health care professionals, students, and care providers working with older adults through Continuing Education, Interprofessional Team Training for Health Professions Students, and Aging Awareness Outreach.

GGEAR sponsored continuing education programs provide networking and learning opportunities for health professionals in Western Maryland
