In my new role as president, I've done a lot of looking through stacks and files to learn what has been the practice or norm for Women Ministries in our conference. What I have found is a lot of good, basic information, all ready-to-use. It seems appropriate to start there with this newsletter too...to make sure each woman in the conference is aware of what resources are available to you right now, just for the asking. As you regroup at the end of the summer and make plans for fall/winter, I hope you find these resources helpful. Happy planning!

Press the blue tab that says "Women Ministries news & blogs," and then click "eNewsletter Subscription." Sign up with your name and email to receive the latest news from the Chicago office. Meagan Gillan writes a quarterly newsletter that is wonderful. The last issue in June was chock-full of good ideas ready to implement.

Meagan has also created an amazing Pinterest site with AVA resources, reading lists for leaders, Break the Chains, Missional Moms, prayer resources, craft and fundraising ideas, and more! Even if PInterest isn't your thing, Meagan's page is an easy one-stop shop with a wide range of interesting things to look through, from church decorating to worship ideas.
