WMS is proud to host our 2022 Annual Meeting at the Marian H. Rochelle Gateway Center at the University of Wyoming in Laramie. 

Can you attend the conference OR the black-tie WWAMI celebration without attending both?

YES. While we would love to have your attendance at both events, registration is separate for each. Additionally, you may bring a guest to either or both events.

Do WMS Members register their guests at the Member or Non-Member rate?

If you are a WMS Member, please register your guest(s) at the WMS Member Rate. 

What is the dress code for black-tie? 

Black Tie Gala: A black-tie event is a dressier affair where men wear tuxedos or formal suits. Women should wear long formal gowns. 

Is there childcare available for the WWAMI Gala? 

YES. WMS will be hosting our annual kids pizza party. Cost is $25 per child. 

Can I attend the conference for a single day? 

YES. There is a single day conference attendance rate of $200 for members and $250 for non-members. 

My clinic would like to sit together at the gala, is this possible? 

YES. You are able to purchase a table sponsorship for $1,175. The table sponsorship includes 8 gala tickets and program recognition. This registration option is available on the WMS member, Non-Member and Sponsor/Vendor registration pages.
