On October 1, HHS announced $20 billion in new funding for providers on the frontlines of the coronavirus.
The funding is in addition to the $100 billion in funding that has already been distributed to providers through previous phases. This new round of funding, known as the Phase 3 General Distribution allocation, not only allows providers that have already received Provider Relief Fund payments to reapply for additional funding, but it also allows some providers who were previously ineligible to apply for funding.
The deadline to apply for these Phase 3 General Distribution funds is November 6th, however, we strongly recommend interested parties apply as quickly as possible, as funds may be depleted prior to the program deadline.
