WMS Launches New Member Engagement Tool

WMS is eager to introduce our new online policy tool, THE WIRE. Designed to ensure that the Board of Trustees can gain a comprehensive understanding of member views and opinions as they set the policy direction for the Society.

The Wyoming Legislature will convene the 2023 General Session next week in which a variety of policy topics will be on the agenda for debate. Legislators will be looking to WMS to provide context and perspective on how those policies will impact our members and their ability to care for Wyoming patients. THE WIRE will allow WMS leadership to gain important insights from members which will directly influence advocacy work in Cheyenne.

WMS anticipates facing some very serious policy questions in this Legislative Session and hope to frequently utilize THE WIRE to help guide our positions.

Rather than starting off with a serious policy question, we're testing the system with a fake/test question so everyone can familiarize themselves with the system

Please log in and play with the system. Vote on the test question and make comments. The more that all of our members engage in this test phase, the better all of us will understand how the system works.
