Back-to-School Reminders
Thank you for helping us get the 2025-26 school year off to a wonderful start! Here are a few reminders for new and returning families. As always, please reach out if you have any questions!
Keycard Orders
Each family has been issued two keycards that will allow them to enter the building through the front door. If you would like to order additional keycards for a family member or caregiver, please submit this form. Up to two additional cards may be purchased for $5 each, billed through your FACTS account. Note: If you misplace your keycard, please notify the school immediately so it can be deactivated for security reasons.
Bloomz
Bloomz is WMS's primary tool for communication between families and teachers, as well as school-wide announcements. If you are having difficulty with your account, please contact Noel Dietrich for assistance! We recommend downloading the Bloomz app and enabling notifications to stay up-to-date with class/school news and messages.
Pick-up Changes & Emergency Alerts
WMS's authorized pick-up list is managed through the FACTS Family Portal (school code: WM-DE). Please log into your account to add or remove individuals authorized to pick-up your child from school. You can also use FACTS to update your emergency alert contacts, which are used for unexpected school closings, delays or other urgent notifications.
