Tiffany Roper is a proud Akron resident with a deep passion for her community.
Founder of Eat, Speak, Love, LLC and a program analyst for Summit County Jobs and Family Services where implements change management, training, and communications strategies. A graduate of Kent State University with a B.A. in Psychology and a Master of Education from Kent State also. She is active in Torchbearers Akron, the Akron Urban League and serves on Akron Children’s Hospital Parent Advisory Council. She is also President of the Board of Limitless Ambition. 
Authentic Leadership: Leading with Strength

Designed for high-performing, high potential women at any level - this foundational course equips attendees with the tools to capitalize on intrinsic strengths utilizing their own CliftonStrengths. Instruction digs deeper into the superpower of individual strengths in both the balcony and the basement of human interaction. Program content focuses on clarity of purpose based on personal strengths, collaborative leadership and management of innate strengths and intuitive energy. It unleashes the power that lies within when infused with a personal plan and intentional direction for a career or business by unpacking strength themes along with group participants.

The six courses will be held on each of the following dates from 9:30 am - 1:30 pm:

Please note registration is for all six sessions online.
Sessions will be facilitated by Dr. Jennifer Savitski. Jennifer Savitski, MD, FACOG, the Chair of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Cleveland Clinic Akron General and is the instructor for the Leading with Strengths fall cohort. She is the first woman to hold that position in the 105-year history of Akron General. She is also the Medical Director of the Forensic Nursing program called the PATH Center – Providing Access to Healing. The PATH Center provides specialized, trauma-informed care to patients of CCAG who have needs related to victimization. Since its opening in Nov 2015, the PATH Center has cared for over 1000 patients who have experienced sexual violence, physical assault, intimate partner violence, human trafficking, elder abuse, child abuse or other types of victimization. She was also recently named by Gov. Mike DeWine to a two-year term on the Ohio Commission on Minority Health. Her goal in joining the commission is to continue to work to decrease the health disparities that persist in all areas, but most especially maternal health issues.
