God's on The Move in Madison, WI

With over 70,000 students living in Madison and attending one of the Universities or colleges, we know that reaching college students is at the center of reaching the city of Madison. Tying for the tenth most unreached city in the United States according to the recent data collected by Barna Research, we know that the mission has never been greater. Chi Alpha Madison just finished four years on campus since re launching fall of 2016 and we could not be more excited to share with you all the ways God has been moving. This year alone our staff team celebrated seeing over 300 students come to one of our large group services or small group bible studies. We are sending out our first senior class that has been with us all four years.
Some will be headed into the corporate world, medical field, and two of them full time missionaries themselves!

New Culture Church made the move into a new location that is in one of Madisons most post christian neighborhoods. We were only able to meet for 2 Sundays in our new space before safer at home took place but already have built strong relationships with the neighborhood center we are meeting in and have been able to partner with them in providing items needed to keep their food pantry stocked and ready to serve the community. Through both Chi Alpha and New Culture we have seen new faces continue to join our large group services and online small group communities. We have been able to reach out through social media to pray for people and have seen our community grow closer together. Students are feeling disconnected, yet leaning in and reaching out to their friends through social media. Church members are growing stir crazy, yet coming together to dream of how we can continue to be the hands and feet of Jesus in this new digital age. God is moving and giving us greater vision for what is to come as we continue to create the culture of Christ and see a city transformed.
