COVID Hard Hitting America's Inner Cities

Greetings WNM Network and Missions family!

Sadly, the COVID-19 pandemic is sweeping across our land and is especially hard hitting our inner cities. Medical resources and testing are scarce and coronavirus infection rates are climbing.
Walter Harvey, former lead pastor at Parklawn A/G is President of Assemblies of God Black Fellowship (NBF) and Executive Director of the NBF’s REACH 25 initiative. The NBF is a network of urban churches and leaders committed to community transformation, urban church planting and raising indigenous leaders in America's under resourced neighborhoods.
REACH 25 is the main initiative leading the way of this movement of hope across America. While we all desire safe streets, good paying jobs, and the American dream of home ownership, there are certain cities where this dream is a nightmare. REACH 25 is focused on engaging 25 of the worst cities in America with the Good News of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Milwaukee has been identified as #1 statistically, as a result of violent crime, medium incomes, fatherless families, poverty and educational disparities. Read more on the “Worst Cities for Blacks in America”
Thank you for your partnership and prayers to plant churches and to transform communities.
Sincerely,
Gayland
