My Team Has a Conflict with our Scheduled Game ...What Do I Do?

Conflicts happen! If your team is not able to make your scheduled game and would like to swap your game time, follow these steps:

• View the division schedule at TeamLinkt.com and identify teams playing in times that may work for your team.

• Go to wnsl.org and log into your account. Once logged in, go to the Team Rosters Tab. You will be able to view coach emails.

• Reach out to the team you would like to swap with to see if that swap will work for their team.

• If yes, please have the HEAD Coach inform the league (Copy korey@wnsl.net & scott@wnsl.net) that you have made the swap and we will update the schedule online.

• If you are not able to find a swap that works for your team, please reach out to the league as soon as possible to let us know you may need to forfeit. Please do NOT cancel your game with the other coach on your own.

All changes must be completed by Wednesday the week of the game you need to swap.

Flag Football Coach Corner

Reminder! Please make sure you are staying on top of our uniform requirements for the season:

• Make sure your players continue to wear shorts with NO pockets or belt loops. Taping pockets is NOT allowed.
• Add-on players must be cleared by the league ahead of time and all players, including add-ons, must be in the same jersey. If you do not have a matching jersey for your add-on player, please see Kris at the Gazebo concessions area to pick up pennies for your team.
• All Coaches on the field with the players must be in a WNSL Coach shirt or a jersey that matches the players.

If we reach our ticket sales goal, the first 50 WNSL flag football players to sign up will be invited to participate in a 30-minute post-game scrimmage on the field at Nissan Stadium!

*Please note, the scrimmage experience is NOT recommended for PreK - 2nd grade players. Players must be able to move around the stadium and stay with a group on their own. Parents are not allowed to escort players or be on the field with them.*

2024 Vanderbilt Football Youth Sports Day



Join Vanderbilt Football for Youth Sports Day on October 19th at 6PM at FirstBank Stadium. It's a fantastic opportunity for young athletes to enjoy interactive activities and witness a thrilling game against Ball State, plus each ticket includes a free Vanderbilt water bottle!

Softball Rules Update

We have made an adjustment to the 10U Softball rules.

Previously, batters hit by a pith could choose to take their base or continue the at bat. With the new update, all hit batters must take their base. Updated rules have been posted at www.wnsl.org

Good Luck WNSL Prep Baseball Teams!

Baseball with WNSL does not have to end after your player turns 13! The Prep baseball season kicks off this weekend and we are rooting for all of the WNSL teams.

Prep baseball is baseball for players aged 13 - 18. These teams play interleague games in the Late Spring and Fall with teams from Franklin, Bellevue, Nolensville, and more! Check out Prep games on Baseball Field 5 when you are at Warner Park this season!

Music City Flag Bowl Tournament

The Music City Flag Bowl Tournament is our annual end-of-season tournament. This tournament is optional but all teams are encouraged to participate.

The tournament dates will be based on the final number of teams that would like to participate but could start as early as October 14th and will conclude on October 26th. Stand by for further details!

Depending on the number of teams in a grade we will try to be as fair in the tournament with teams divided into Bronze, Silver, and Gold Divisions. The WNSL believes in fairness of play as much as possible so every team has the ability to win their division and bring home some championship medallions!

Champions for each division receive tickets to the Music City Bowl at Nissan Stadium on December 30th! WNSL is the ONLY Flag League in town affiliated with the Bowl.
