IMPORTANT DATES FOR THE FALL SEASON

August 24 - 25: Team Photo Day

August 31 - September 1: NO GAMES (Labor Day Weekend)

October 12 - 13: NO GAMES (Fall Break)

In an ideal world, Mother Nature will cooperate with us all season and no rainouts will be necessary. Those who have ever participated in a season of outdoor sports before know that is unlikely!

If a decision to cancel games is made, WNSL will send an email, post at the top of each sports page, and post online on our Social Media pages (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram). No news is good news - we will only post and notify if we cancel.

Once games are canceled, we will get reschedules posted as quickly as possible. Reschedule days are based on field availability and most importantly, Referee/Umpire availability.

When reschedules are posted, we will send out a notification to all head coaches via TeamLinkT. Head Coaches are encouraged to find the email titled Join [Your Team Name] on TeamLinkt and accept the invitation to join your team with the league to never miss a notification!

We appreciate everyone's flexibility when we have to deal with circumstances that are out of the league's control!

Team Photos this Weekend!

Team and Individual Photos will be taken this weekend. Team photos are quick and easy as Legacy Photo Co has done a great job of staffing and organizing this event.

Team photos are MANDATORY for ALL Flag Football teams - WNSL provides sponsor plaques to all team sponsors as a thank you, so please make this a priority! Games will not begin until you have taken your photo.

Baseball teams, Softball teams and Cheerleaders,

Team photos are optional, but we do hope you'll take advantage. You will not be scheduled a photo time. If you would like for your team to have a photo taken just pop over to the tent near the main concession stand at Warner Park at any time during the day on Saturday or Sunday.

No purchase is necessary for any team photos, WNSL will use these to supply our sponsors with plaques and for general league use. Individual photos are for purchase and up to each parent.

Again, team photos for ALL Flag Football teams are MANDATORY and will only take a few minutes of your time so please check the schedule carefully and arrive at your scheduled time so the day will stay on time.

My Team Has a Conflict with our Scheduled Game ...What Do I Do?

Conflicts happen! If your team is not able to make your scheduled game and would like to swap your game time, follow these steps:

• View the division schedule at TeamLinkt.com and identify teams playing in times that may work for your team.

• Go to wnsl.org and log into your account. Once logged in, go to the Team Rosters Tab. You will be able to view coach emails.

• Reach out to the team you would like to swap with to see if that swap will work for their team.

• If yes, please have the HEAD Coach inform the league (Copy korey@wnsl.net & scott@wnsl.net) that you have made the swap and we will update the schedule online.

• If you are not able to find a swap that works for your team, please reach out to the league as soon as possible to let us know you may need to forfeit. Please do NOT cancel your game with the other coach on your own.

Music City Flag Bowl Tournament

The Music City Flag Bowl Tournament is our annual end-of-season tournament. This tournament is optional but all teams are encouraged to participate.

The tournament dates will be based on the final number of teams that would like to participate but could start as early as October 14th and will conclude on October 26th. Stand by for further details!

Depending on the number of teams in a grade we will try to be as fair in the tournament with teams divided into Bronze, Silver, and Gold Divisions. The WNSL believes in fairness of play as much as possible so every team has the ability to win their division and bring home some championship medallions!

Champions for each division receive tickets to the Music City Bowl at Nissan Stadium on December 30th! WNSL is the ONLY Flag League in town affiliated with the Bowl.

Baseball and Softball Interleague Play
