WNSL Family,

Welcome to the final newsletter of the 2025 Fall Season. We are excited to play the final regular season games this weekend and then get into the tournament! More information about the end-of-season tournaments are below. Brackets are coming soon.

This weekend, teams will receive your team photo plaques thanking your team sponsor as well as your medallions (if your coach requested them). If a WNSL staff member does not bring these items to you, please feel free to check in with a member of staff, and we will help you locate them!

We would like to thank everyone for another great season. We know that you have options for your youth sports league, and we are grateful you chose us!

LEAGUE NEWS

End of Season Tournaments

The end of season tournament dates have been finalized.

-Volleyball - October 4th

-Softball - October 4th

-Baseball - October 4th and 5th

-Flag Football - October 4th - 11th, 12th* if necessary

Coaches were sent a poll to opt in or out of the tournament, and the field is now set. Brackets are coming soon.

We do have a few housekeeping notes for the tournaments. Please read these rules and make sure your team understands:

1) We will not take any schedule requests for the tournament. We have a ton of games that need to be played in a specific order on a tight timeline. We cannot accommodate requests on top of that. Please do your best to make your game as scheduled.

2) We will do our best to avoid conflicts for players playing multiple WNSL sports, but as we get closer to the end of the tournaments, we cannot guarantee that there will be no conflicts.

3) No player may play on two teams in the tournament, regardless of division.

4) Only players on the roster may play, and all players must be in matching shirts. If a team plays an ineligible player, that team will be removed from the tournament immediately.

5) We will be checking rosters at your first game and randomly during the tournament. Please review your team roster and make sure that all of your players are properly registered.

WNSL + The Music City Bowl

WNSL is proud to partner with the Transperfect Music City Bowl each season for our Flag Football league. WNSL is the ONLY Flag League in town affiliated with the Bowl.

As a part of our partnership, champions for each division in the WNSL Music City Flag Bowl tournament receive tickets to the Music City Bowl at Nissan Stadium on December 30th at 4:30pm! Friends and family also receive tickets at a great discount. One player and coach from each champion team also get to represent the team on the field in a pregame parade celebrating area champions.

If your team wins your division, you will be asked to complete a commitment letter for the Bowl. You can preview this form HERE. Please start checking now how many of your players may be able to attend the Bowl game.

A special meet & greet with Joe Nichols. This event is Free to attend. Food Trucks and Concessions will be present! This event is to raise awareness about converting Warner Park Baseball Field 2 to an ADA Baseball Field.
